We’re living through a campaign of discrimination comparable to many historical abuses. It’s shocking to me how many people are capable of identifying state-sanctioned bigotry when they encounter it in a history book, but cannot recognize it at all when they encounter it in a newspaper.

giving up after 30 minutes. It seems the state does not want the public to know if the rules they are making will strip Nashville of its authority to manage its own rights of way in the TDZ (basically all of downtown and midtown). Same for the other 7 TDZs in the state.
